Foods Of France

What do you think of, when thinking of french food ?

A wonderful dish with rich butter sauce that just melts in your mouth. Or lovely cheeses that taste like no other. Then there are croissants, you can not go wrong with this for breakfast with a coffee on the go.

And then there is escargot,  with butter and herbs Yummm. If you have never had escargot your missing out, it's delish.....

Looks so good - except for the escargot!! And I would have to pass on any of the cheeses that are strong. :)

Do french fries count as french cuisine? You mean escargag? You remember the women I used to clean house and house sit for in the Richmond annex? One year they had me collect snails and I was instructed to put them on a vegie and cornmeal diet to purge them of any toxins etc then and after a month I handed the 50 or so to Jean and yes she cooked em up. She offered me a taste but, no slim crawlers for me thank you.

I like the vintage cars of your previous post better than the thought of the esCargos. I would have to be very, very, very hungry before I tried one but thank you anyway.

Oh..well...hmmm...the food looks beautiful..yes. It does. I could almost taste it..and yes..yummy! Then...suddenly..I realize what I was imagining eating. You know, one of these days I will have to get the courage to try them. Gee, I know I'm silly and unworldly, but I think I would have to pass.
Goes to show you how much class I have! Zero!
Have a wonderful weekend!
