I am partial to the Poodle, I have two of my own. A teacup and a toy. If I had room for more I'd have more.

I loved this post. I too have a toy poodle and love the breed. They are smart and easy to train and just a joy. But I do have to say that the sweet face on the Basque herding dog almost makes it irresistable. My son has a Brittany that we got him 12 years ago when he 15 and she is a joy.

Hi Glenda...my daughter lives in Santa Cruz. I hope to visit her soon.. Charming little town.
P.S. I have always owned poodles...they are so smart and loving. My last two dogs have been little Pom's and they also are so sweet. I may have another little poodle one day..they are just precious...I thought I would not get over it when I lost my last one...it still hurts when I remember..and it has been a very long, long time.
